Join an introductory Tai Chi Sword workshop and learn the basics of this traditional Chinese martial art.
Be guided by an experienced instructor as you master the art of Tai Chi Sword, combining the soft, circular movements of Tai Chi with the nimble, graceful artistry of swordplay.
Begin with a step-by-step introduction to basic sword grip and standing postures.
Then, progress to fundamental sword techniques, experiencing the wisdom of "using softness to overcome hardness, and stillness to control motion" in every movement.
