We will finish our tour at the historic Longshan Temple, located in the Wanhua District. It is conveniently located just a short walk from Exit 1 of Longshan Temple MRT Station, making it easy for guests to continue exploring the city or return to their accommodation.

This is the starting point for the 3-hour private tour. Visit the iconic Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, one of Taipei’s most important historical landmarks. Walk through the grand Liberty Square and admire the impressive white marble building with its striking blue roof. Surrounding the square, you will also see the elegant National Theater and National Concert Hall, two of Taiwan’s premier cultural venues known for their traditional palace-inspired architecture. On the way from Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall to Ximending, enjoy a relaxing walk through 228 Peace Memorial Park, one of Taipei’s most meaningful green spaces. You will also see the unique reflexology stone path, where visitors can walk barefoot across massage stones believed to stimulate pressure points in the feet.
Continue past the impressive Presidential Office Building, one of Taipei’s most recognizable landmarks. Built during the Japanese colonial era, this grand red-brick structure remains the official office of Taiwan’s president. Admire its striking European-style architecture from the outside while learning about its historical significance and role in Taiwan’s modern government.
