Important Information
・Booking Confirmation
Approximately 3 days before your scheduled service date, we will send you a confirmation email to reconfirm the details of your booking. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
・Driver Contact
The driver will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours before your pickup. Please make sure that the phone number provided for WhatsApp is available and able to receive messages.
・Airport Pickup
Flight tracking for flights arriving in Japan is included by default. The driver will monitor your flight and wait for up to 90 minutes after your flight arrives.
If you prefer a specific pickup time instead of flight tracking, please contact us in advance.
・City / Hotel Pickup
For hotel or city pickups, the driver will wait for up to 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Vehicle details will be shared with you via WhatsApp before your pickup.
・Flight Delays
In case of a flight delay or cancellation, please contact us at least 6 hours in advance. If we do not receive prior notice, the service will be provided according to the original booking schedule.
・Luggage
Each passenger may bring one standard-sized suitcase (approximately 24 inches). Additional or oversized luggage may require additional seats.
If the amount or size of luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver may refuse the service due to safety and space limitations.
・Meeting Point Instructions
Your driver will be waiting in front of your hotel in central Tokyo, holding a welcome sign with your name, so you can easily find them.
