If you head there from Hakata Station, you can take the Airport Line bound for Chikuzen-Maebaru or Meinohama. Then get off at Tenjin Station, walk a bit to West Gate 1, follow the signs upstairs, and the destination will be right in front of the West Gate 1 entrance.

Yatai is the most famous place in Fukuoka is Nakasu but I’d say this is too overpriced which is more tourist. There’s a lot of these at Tenjin area there are even performance one of Yatai to enjoy eating. Tenjin is the heart of Fukuoka’s food and nightlife scene, but the real magic lies beyond the main streets. As your local guide, I’ll take you to hidden bars, intimate izakayas, and unique spots loved by locals. Skip the tourist traps and experience Tenjin like an insider—with great drinks, delicious food, and unforgettable vibes.
