Meeting and pickup
Guests can be picked up from most hotels and accommodations across Mauritius for additional fee. Please provide your hotel name or exact location at the time of booking so we can confirm your pickup point.
Pickup times vary depending on your location but are generally scheduled between 07:00 and 08:00 for full-day catamaran trips. Our team will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pickup time and details.
Kindly be ready at your designated pickup point at least 10–15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth experience.
For guests staying in private residences, Airbnbs, or remote areas, we can arrange the nearest convenient meeting point.
For the travelers to recognize the skippers, the tour operator will be there personally with a personalized Polo-shirt with our logo on it to welcome them at the boat house.
