Explore the Puerto Morelos reef with 2 divers with SouthEast Divers. This experience is aimed at certified divers who want to discover the marine life of the Mexican Caribbean in small groups and with the accompaniment of a team that knows the local dive sites.

Puerto Morelos has various reef sites, each with different landscapes and opportunities to observe marine life such as: parrotfish, trumpetfish, angelfish, rays, moray eels, crabs, shrimp, hammerhead fish, nurse sharks, among others. Before entering the water, you will learn the dive plan and the characteristics of the chosen site according to the day's conditions.

We dive with attention to safety, the group's pace, and the care of the reef. Come enjoy the underwater world of Puerto Morelos while we explore it with respect.

What to expect

We will receive them at our SouthEast Divers store, where our team will welcome you. Before leaving, you can enjoy a coffee break, drink water, use the restroom, and leave your belongings in a designated area. Afterward, we will do the briefing: we will review the plan for the two dives, the day's conditions, and the instructions for taking care of the reef.

We will depart by boat to the dive sites, located approximately 15 minutes away. We will conduct two dives in the Mesoamerican Reef System, within the Puerto Morelos Reef National Park. During the outing there will be water and snacks on board.

Upon returning to the store, you can use the showers; we provide shampoo, soap, and towels. There will also be cold drinks while we talk about what we saw underwater. We will use fish identification cards to recognize some species and share the information they need to complete their dive log.
