What to expect
You’ll start by meeting in DUMBO at Brooklyn Bridge Park, where we’ll have a cozy picnic with skyline views.
Once settled, you’ll enjoy fresh coffee and pastries from a local NYC café while taking in the scenery. After a relaxed welcome, you’ll be guided through a few light journaling prompts and simple goal-setting reflections: nothing intense, just an easy way to check in with yourself and think about what you want more of.
You’ll receive a printed journal to use during the experience and keep as a personal NYC souvenir. Partway through, we’ll take a Polaroid photo of you, which you can tape into your journal as a memory from the day.
There’s plenty of time to chat, relax, take photos, or simply enjoy the moment. The experience is intentionally low-pressure and welcoming, many guests come solo or with a group of friends.
By the end, you’ll leave with a small keepsake from your time in New York, along with a bit of clarity and a calm, refreshed feeling before heading back into the city.
