Hotel pickup is available from major tourist areas in Bali. Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone prior to arrival.
For hotels located in remote areas (such as Ubud or Uluwatu), pickup may be earlier depending on traffic conditions. Final pickup time will be confirmed one day before the tour.
