We will pass through the square of Santiago and make a short stop to admire one of the most important temples of the Old Town and appreciate the evolution of it through the different times.
We will pass the Palace of the Stock Exchange or John, the confines of the Seven Streets, and where we will learn something about one of the most entrenched traditions of Bilbao.
We will cross Bidebarrieta Street, the most important shopping street in the Old Town, and pass the oldest building in Bilbao and the beautiful municipal library in eclectic style.
We will arrive at the Plaza Arriaga to admire one of the most iconic and emblematic buildings in Bilbao, such as its theater Arriaga, we will talk about the building and the area in which it is located, the current gateway to the Old Town from the center and we will talk about one of the most important parties in the Basque Country.
We will go into the most important park in the old town, to walk along its paths, we will go through the music kiosk and talk about the evolution of this area from its origins to today.
We will enter an almost secret corner of Bilbao which is also its most iconic and iconic square. Heart of the social and leisure life of the historic center, and also the place to taste the pintxos in Bilbao. We will talk about some of the elements that make up this neoclassical square and we will talk about the last indigenous language that remains alive throughout the European continent.
We will move on to another square, place of passage and meeting of Bilbainos and visitors, with its famous steps of Mallona and two of the most important museums of the city. We will talk about one of the most important historical social phenomena of the Basque people
We will conclude the tour in the confines of the Old Town of Bilbao, and until the 19th century, also that of Bilbao. Place where the Bilbao shipyard was located, and a now defunct convent where today you can admire one of the most emblematic and special buildings in Bilbao, its city hall. We will talk about it and its surroundings to end this walk in the historic heart of Bilbao
