2Hassan II Mosque Museum
The museum was inaugurated in October 2012 by King Mohammed VI. It was created to preserve the master craftsmen's original samples (zouaké, carved wood, zellige, marble, etc.) presented to the late King Hassan II during the mosque's construction. Spanning 3,160 m², the museum serves as a preamble to the mosque visit. Exhibits include: · Construction materials used in the mosque · Traditional Moroccan arts & crafts (wood, ceramics, metals) · Artistic design & history of the mosque · Student-made artworks for sale
