Please be ready at your selected pickup location at the scheduled start time. Your driver will arrive at the address provided and contact you if needed. For hotels, please wait at the main entrance or designated pickup area. For residences or Airbnb locations, please be outside and ready for pickup.
Please note that the booked duration reflects a standard experience hour, which includes boarding, route time, and drop-off. The active Car’raoke experience time is approximately 45 minutes.
If your pickup location changes, please notify us in advance. Late arrivals may reduce your experience time, as this is a timed private booking.
