EXPLORE CAPPADOCIA WİTH TOUR GUİDE TOUR Full-day excursion in the Cappadocia region. Departure from the hotel. Cappadocia is a volcanic region located between the cities of Kayseri, Nevşehir, and Niğde. We begin our tour with a visit to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, where we will explore rock-cut churches from the Byzantine period, decorated with remarkable frescoes. We will also visit a traditional handicraft workshop to discover beautiful jewelry and objects made from turquoise, a typical stone of the region. We then continue to the famous Uçhisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

    Kaymakli Underground City

Next, we visit the Pigeon Valley, followed by a stop at Avcılar (Hunters) Valley, where we will admire the stunning scenery of Göreme. After lunch, we head to one of the most iconic valleys of Cappadocia, famous for its unique Fairy Chimneys, the most characteristic natural formations of the region. We continue with a visit to an underground city, carved deep beneath the earth. These fascinating structures were used as shelters and defensive refuges, particularly by early Christians to protect themselves from invasions, including Arab attacks. Their intricate, ant-like design reflects their strategic purpose. To conclude the day, we visit a traditional carpet weaving school, where we will attend a demonstration of the famous Turkish carpets.
