Tokyo Ginza Sumo, Food and Tokyo city walk

5 hours (approximately)
Offered in: Japanese and 2 more

Tokyo beyond the guidebooks is a completely different city — one that only a Chef truly knows. I am a Chef with 20 years of experience and a licensed Guide, and I want to show you the Tokyo that is lived through its flavors, aromas, and hidden corners.
I’ll take you through some of Tokyo’s most exclusive and iconic districts — exploring the places I trust and enjoy as a Chef... cafes with unique concepts, regional food stalls, gourmet shops, modern architecture, luxury shops, and traditional Japanese sweets prepared for Imperial Palace events. Along the way, I’ll explain the techniques, ingredients, and stories behind Japanese cuisine, guiding you to the best options depending on what you feel like eating — from Michelin‐guide ramen to wagyu, tonkatsu, sushi, tempura, shabu shabu, okonomiyaki, udon, soba and more.
You'll walk through narrow alleys, pedestrian streets, and modern districts that locals love, discovering aromas, flavors, and experiences that define everyday life in Tokyo.
