What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The pickup vehicle is a modern, air-conditioned vehicle. The driver is waiting for you at the agreed pick-up location and may be holding up a sign with your name so you can easily recognize him.
What to expect
The tour program includes the impressive Karnak Temple, followed by a visit to the Valley of the Kings, where travelers can explore selected royal tombs and learn more about the pharaohs and ancient Egyptian burial traditions. The tour then continues to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon on the West Bank of Luxor.
A lunch break in a local restaurant is included in the daily program. Throughout the entire tour program, the travelers will be accompanied by a German-speaking Egyptologist who will explain the history, architecture, and significance of each site in an easily understandable way.
After the last visit, the travelers return to their hotel in Hurghada, El Gouna, or the surrounding Red Sea region by private vehicle.
