Pick-up time, meeting point, route, and drop-off details are confirmed before the transfer. This helps travelers enjoy a smooth door-to-door journey without public transport or last-minute confusion.

What to expect
For airport arrivals, the meeting point will be confirmed before the service. The driver or local team member will meet guests at the confirmed airport meeting area after arrival and luggage collection.
For hotel pick-ups, guests should wait at the hotel reception or main entrance at the confirmed pick-up time. Shared transfer pick-up times may vary slightly depending on the route, flight schedule, and other guests. Private transfers are arranged according to the confirmed schedule.
The driver will assist with luggage and take guests to the confirmed destination. For long-distance private transfers, rest stops can be made when needed. The route is planned according to the destination, road conditions, and guest comfort.
Guests will be dropped off at the confirmed hotel, airport, address, or agreed location at the end of the service.
