Meeting and pickup
Please arrive 10 minutes before the experience starts. Meet your Tour-Mate host inside restaurant Aji Y Oliva Barcelona, located in the Gothic Quarter at Carrer dels templers 6, 08002 Barcelona. The host will welcome you and guide you to the cooking area and start with the sangria.
What to expect
The experience begins with a sangria workshop, where guests will discover the ingredients and techniques used to prepare one of Spain’s most famous drinks while enjoying a social atmosphere with travelers from around the world.
After the sangria class, participants will take part in a hands-on paella cooking class guided by local hosts. Travelers will learn about traditional Spanish ingredients, cooking methods, and the secrets behind preparing an authentic paella step by step.
Once the cooking is finished, everyone will sit together to enjoy the paella and sangria prepared during the class while meeting new people and sharing a memorable local experience in Barcelona.
