Meeting and pickup
Next to the white gate (number 174), you will find the “Cooking an Experience” sign. The meeting point is about 10–15 minutes by Uber/Bolt from central Porto.
What to expect
We will begin with a short introduction to éclairs and the ingredients we will use. Guests will learn how to prepare pastry cream, understand the basics of choux pastry, and discover how éclairs are traditionally filled and glazed.
While the éclairs bake and cool, guests can relax, enjoy local wine, and take in the beautiful Douro views in a warm and intimate atmosphere.
At the end of the experience, each guest will fill, decorate, and taste their own éclairs while learning practical pastry techniques they can recreate at home.
