What to expect

The journey begins at Playa de los Muertos, a paradise named after the currents that swept wrecks to its shore. From there, we will look towards the Mesa Roldan Lighthouse, located on a volcanic dome; one of the tallest lighthouses in Spain and the scene of series such as Game of Thrones.
Continuing south, we will explore Cala Arena, where fossilized lava creates “rock cathedrals” that reveal Almeria’s volcanic past. Before entering the village, we will stop in front of the Mineral Cargo, jewel of industrial archaeology that tells the mining history of the area, and then cross the bay of Agua Amarga and its white houses.
After leaving the urban core behind, the landscape becomes wilder. We will pass through Cala del Sol, almost inaccessible by land, until we reach Cala de Enmedio, where the white fossil sand dunes contrast with the green of the Ocean Posidonia, which oxygenates the sea and keeps its waters crystal clear.

We will end up in Cala del Plomo, a haven of peace and turquoise waters, before returning to the port. Between stories of pirates, geology and filming, we’ll make stops for you to take to the water and live the park from within.
