Similar to a French toast but creamier. The torrija is usually served juicy inside and slightly caramelized outside.

Ramon y Cajal Street, 20002 Donostia-San Sebastian, Basque Country. We'll meet at the Kresala surf school. You'll easily see her in that street.
What to expect
Start with a small-group surf lesson led by a local instructor, with all equipment included and no previous experience required. After surfing, change and head into San Sebastian to enjoy a carefully selected pintxos tour with food and drinks included.
With a maximum of 6 guests, this is a personal, relaxed experience designed to show you San Sebastian like a local — from the waves of Zurriola to some of our favourite pintxos bars.
