Your driver/guide will meet you at the entrance of your hotel or at the agreed meeting point on Day 1. Please be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time and look for a vehicle displaying the Morabeza Atlântica sign. Round-trip transportation between Santiago and Maio is included and will be provided by ferry or domestic flight, subject to operational availability. Your exact pick-up time and transportation details will be confirmed at least 24 hours before departure.

Arrive on Maio Island and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy some free time to settle in and discover the peaceful atmosphere of Porto Inglês. Depending on your arrival time, you may take a short walk around the town or relax at your hotel. Your guide will provide information about the next day's activities before you enjoy the evening at your leisure. This first evening is the perfect opportunity to experience the island's slow pace of life and prepare for the following day's Jeep Safari adventure.

Start your day at your own pace. Breakfast is not included and can be enjoyed at your hotel or at a local café at your own expense. Then join your guide for a full-day 4x4 Jeep Safari across Maio's spectacular landscapes. Discover traditional villages, remote beaches, impressive sand dunes, salt flats and breathtaking coastal viewpoints while learning about the island's history, culture and traditions. Later, enjoy a traditional boat trip with local fishermen, offering a unique perspective of Maio's coastline and an authentic local experience. A traditional Cape Verdean lunch with bottled water and soft drinks is included at a local restaurant. After the excursion, return to your accommodation. The evening is free, and dinner is at your own expense.

Relax, explore the charming town of Porto Inglês or simply enjoy the island's peaceful atmosphere before check-out. Hotel check-out is at 12:00, and luggage can be stored at the accommodation until departure. Later, transfer to the ferry terminal or airport for your return journey to Santiago. Transportation is provided by ferry or domestic flight, subject to operational availability. Upon arrival in Praia, you will be transferred to your hotel or agreed drop-off point.
