Step into an apartment hidden in the heart of Palma’s historic quarter, where up to six people can book an intimate trip to the world of extra virgin olive oil. This is not a simple tasting — it is a carefully curated experience across the Mediterranean, guided by craftsmanship, terroir and the silent luxury of time.

Each session is deliberately kept small and can be arranged according to the desired level of privacy — either by sharing in a small group or by booking a completely private environment.

Second Tasting. The Soul of Mallorca in Cada Gota : An intimate exploration of all the indigenous olive varieties of the island, paired with the most select organic ingredients

What to expect

Through a selection of Mediterranean and indigenous varieties of Mallorca, the experience allows us to understand how the origin, climate, type of olive and the manufacturing process directly influence the taste, aroma and character of each oil. Each tasting is accompanied by carefully selected organic products to show how each variety of EVOO can transform and complement different foods, helping visitors discover their real gastronomic applications. Beyond a tasting, Olea Club offers an educational and sensory dining experience that connects culture, territory and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine.
