What to expect
When you arrive at the pottery studio in Athens, your instructor will welcome you and introduce you to the space and the tools used in ceramic making.
You’ll begin with a short demonstration showing the basics of shaping clay and forming simple pottery pieces. Then it’s your turn to get your hands in the clay. With guidance from your instructor, you’ll create your own small ceramic piece using beginner-friendly pottery techniques.
Once your form is finished, you’ll have time to decorate your piece using simple patterns, textures, or stamps to give it a personal touch.
After the workshop, your pottery will remain in the studio for drying, glazing, and firing. You can return later to collect it or arrange international shipping.
