What to expect

Welcome to an exclusive, VIP culinary experience in Tokyo. In this private cooking class and tasting, you will step behind the scenes of Japanese elite dining.

1. Welcome & Meat Introduction: We start by showcasing the day's premium ingredients, including the top 1% rare "Aso-o" Wagyu sirloin and wild Ezo venison directly sourced from Hokkaido hunters. We will explain the deep stories behind them.

2. Cooking "Yukitsubaki" Rice: Experience the magic of cooking legendary "Yukitsubaki" rice (only 0.007% of Japan's production) in a traditional Japanese clay pot (Donabe).

3. Pro Butchery & Grilling: Watch a meat professional demonstrate how to perfectly trim the meat blocks. Then, learn the art of simple grilling using fire to bring out the maximum flavor.
