Pickup is available from hotels, resorts, Airbnbs, and designated meeting points in Bávaro, Los Corales, El Cortecito, Cocotal, White Sands, Arena Gorda, Cabeza de Toro, Punta Cana, Punta Cana Village, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Macao, and Verón. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your exact pickup time and location will be confirmed after your booking.
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before departure. Our staff will be waiting at Playa Bibijagua (Jellyfish Beach) wearing company uniforms to assist with check-in. Please have your booking confirmation ready.
