The Safari Center is situated opposite K-Supermarket Vuokatti. Be there 20 min prior to the start of the program.

What to expect
When the nature is covered by the dusk, it’s time to go hunting the magical Northern Lights! This exciting showshoe adventure is the perfect way to explore winter landscape authentically, and with a bit of luck you might see the amazing show of Aurora Borealis.
The team will meet you at our Safari Center. First, you put on winter overalls and boots and adjust the snowshoes. Then there is a short 5 min transfer to the route start.
The activity will start by teaching you how to use snowshoes. Then you'll head into the forest safely with the lead of our experienced local guide. The deeper you'll go, the more amazing the night scenery gets. Enjoy amazing snowy forest and peaceful nature while listening to your guide’s stories about the nature. Along the way, you'll enjoy some hot drinks and snacks by an open fire. The route length is approx. 2 km. After the tour, you'll take a short transfer back to the Safari Center and the experience ends.
