Meeting Point: 7-Eleven Akumal (on the main pedestrian path, just a few yards from the beach). How to find us: Your guides will be waiting for you right at the store entrance 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If you are driving, we will show you the available parking options upon arrival.
What to expect
Check-In & Gear: Meet at the 7-Eleven on Akumal's main path. We verify your booking, hand over your complete snorkel gear (mask, snorkel, fins, and mandatory life jacket), and share the sanctuary's rules.
Direct Beach Entry: Walk a few yards to the shore and enter the crystal-clear water smoothly from the sand. This entry is incredibly safe and relaxed for both kids and adults.
Swim with Sea Turtles: Float across the calm bay guided closely by our certified experts. Observe magnificent sea turtles in their natural habitat, watching them feed and glide with eternal elegance.
Explore the Reef: Continue swimming to discover nearby coral formations teeming with tropical fish and marine life, enjoying excellent visibility under a 100% eco-conscious philosophy.
