Your driver's direct contact number is sent to you before your arrival date. You can reach your driver by SMS, WhatsApp, or WeChat.
1. After landing, collect your bags at baggage claim.

3. Walk out of the terminal to the curb. Any exit door works - you do not need to find a specific one.
4. Take a photo of the nearest blue numbered PICK-UP LOCATION pillar and send it to your driver.
5. Send a photo of your luggage as well. It helps your driver identify you immediately.
6. Your driver arrives in approximately 2 minutes.
