After disembarking, walk through the Costa Maya Cruise Port shopping area without exiting the port. Continue to the designated transportation/pickup area inside the port and look for the Taxi Tour Mahahual team. Your driver and vehicle will be waiting there. Pickup is coordinated according to your cruise ship arrival and all-aboard schedule.
