For airport pickups, drivers monitor flight arrivals for delays when flight information is provided. Complimentary waiting time is included after your flight lands. If you experience any delays or difficulty locating your driver, please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Hotel pickups for return transfers are available from Negril resorts and Princess Hotels. Guests are encouraged to be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
