Explore Beijing through its changing streets, food and everyday life in small group. This afternoon-to-evening tour connects the city’s traditional neighborhoods with its modern business district, with a local guide to help you understand what you see.
Begin near Shichahai and walk through the Drum Tower area, Slanted Tobacco Pipe Street and the lakeside streets before continuing to South Luogu Lane. Travel by subway to Qianmen Street for a meal break and an introduction to Beijing’s food culture. Then take a taxi or ride-hailing car to China World Trade Center in Beijing’s Central Business District and enjoy the beautiful night view. Walk around the modern buildings and China World Mall, and visit a free observation deck before finishing in the mall’s north section.
