Live an authentic immersion in the heart of a family estate of Champagne in organic conversion, located among the vineyards in a natural and peaceful setting just 15 minutes from Reims.
In a small group and guided by a member of the family, discover all the stages of Champagne production, from the vine to the bottle. The visit allows you to explore the vineyards, the winery, the cellars and the winemaking areas, with the chance to have all the stages of production gathered on site.
You will discover your work between traditional Champagne winemaking in stainless steel tanks and parcel winemaking in oak barrels, as well as the challenges, difficulties and benefits of organic farming in Champagne.
Finish this convivial and rich exchange moment with a commented tasting of 2 Champagnes.

What to expect
Guided by a member of the estate’s family, this tour invites you to understand the work of the winemaker over the seasons as well as the challenges of your conversion to more environmentally friendly agriculture.
During the experience, you will discover the vineyards, the wine press, the winery and the cellars of the estate in order to explore concretely the production methods of Champagne and your approach to the terroir.
The visit ends with a guided tasting of 2 champagnes from the estate, the opportunity to exchange in a friendly and intimate setting around your family know-how.
