Meeting and pickup
Cape Town Airport pickup: I will meet you at the airport arrivals area holding a sign with your name. After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the designated meeting point and keep your phone available for WhatsApp communication. Please provide your flight number and WhatsApp number when booking so I can monitor your arrival and coordinate your pickup.
What to expect
2. Before pickup: For airport arrivals, I will monitor your flight information and coordinate the pickup according to your scheduled arrival. For hotel or accommodation pickups, I will contact you in advance to confirm the pickup details.
3. Meeting at the airport: After collecting your luggage and exiting into the arrivals hall, I will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point with a board displaying your name, making it easy for you to identify me.
4. Assistance and departure: Once we meet, I will assist you with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle. I will then confirm your destination before starting the journey.
5. Journey: Your transfer will be private and direct to your requested destination. There are no unnecessary stops unless you request one or a stop is required for the service.
6. Arrival: I will drive you safely to your hotel, accommodation, airport, cruise terminal, or other confirmed destination and assist with your luggage on arrival.
7. Airport departure: For transfers to Cape Town International Airport, I will arrive at your confirmed pickup location and contact you to let you know I have arrived. I will then take you directly to the appropriate airport terminal for your flight.
