We offer convenient door-to-door pickup and drop-off at any hotel, Airbnb, or residential address within Antigua Guatemala and its immediate surrounding areas (including Jocotenango, Ciudad Vieja, and Santa Ana). Simply provide your exact accommodation name and address when booking.

Staying outside our zone? If you are staying further out (such as in Guatemala City or Lake Atitlán), just let us know! We can easily arrange a central, easy-to-find meeting point in the heart of Antigua for your pickup.

What to expect

Our adventure begins with a comfortable pickup from your location in Antigua. Upon arriving at the mountain village of San Cristóbal el Alto, we’ll welcome you with a hot cup of local coffee and delicious traditional bread before gearing up with binoculars and hitting the forest trails. Led by our expert ornithologist guide, you'll learn to listen to distinct calls and spot incredible regional birds from vibrant motmots to hummingbirds and regional endemic species, while gaining fascinating insights into the local ecosystem. Afterward, we will explore the vibrant heart of the village, wandering through the community’s beautiful botanical garden, visiting the scenic local park, and admiring the colorful murals painted by local artists. To wrap up our morning, we will head back down to your pickup location while appreciating one last stunning view of the valley below.
