What to expect

Step 2: The Direct Touchpoint (Within 1-2 hours): I proactively reach out to the guest via WhatsApp or Viator messaging. What to send: A warm welcome message confirming their details (Flight number, pickup time, hotel name, and luggage count). The "Safe" Factor: Share my contact information so they know a real person is managing their ride.
Phase 2: Pre-Arrival and Flight Tracking
Step 3: The Flight Watch: On the day of arrival, I (or my driver) track the flight status in real-time using apps like Flightradar24. If the flight is delayed by 2 hours, my driver adjusts their schedule automatically—no stress for the guest.
Step 4: Driver Deployment: The driver arrives at Tan Son Nhat Airport (or the designated hotel) 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The car is clean, air-conditioning is already running to cool down the cabin, and fresh bottled water is placed in the seat pockets.
Phase 3: The Meet and Greet (Pickup)
