The Wine Tasting Workshop of Bologna

Join us on a journey through wine, history and legend.
In an ancient tavern, located in the historic Jewish ghetto district, you will participate in a tasting workshop with four wines born on your hills, accompanied by a platter of local specialties such as Bologna mortadella and Parma ham.
A Bolognese oenologist will show you how the native vines express themselves on the different terroirs, depending on the winemaking method, to create a unique result in each bottle. Giancarlo will also show you the basics of sensory analysis, allowing you to examine the wines tasted according to their organoleptic components.
Finally, join the game and guess the grape variety in the mysterious chalice, up for grabs for the winner is a dinner offered by InCantina!
