In an ancient tavern, in the historic Jewish ghetto district, you will participate in a tasting workshop with four flagship wines of the region, accompanied by a platter of local specialties such as Bologna mortadella and Parma ham.
A Bolognese oenologist will show you how the native vines are expressed on the different terroirs, depending on the method of winemaking, in a story with an ancient flavor, steeped in history. Giancarlo will also show you the basics of sensory analysis, allowing you to examine the wines tasted according to their organoleptic components.
Finally, join the game and guess the grape variety in the mysterious chalice, up for grabs for the winner is a dinner offered by InCantina!
