Join us in an ancient tavern, located in the historic Jewish ghetto district and take part in a comparative tasting atelier between two purely Emilian wines and two wines with a Romagna character, accompanied by a platter of local specialties such as Bologna mortadella and Parma ham.
A Bolognese oenologist will show you the basics of sensory analysis, allowing you to evaluate the four wines according to the criteria of professional tasting.
Afterwards, join your friends in the final vote and crown the historical reality that brought your favorite wine to life. Giancarlo, moreover, will let you discover how the native vines express themselves on the different terroirs, depending on the method of winemaking, to create a unique result in each bottle.
Finally, take part in our game and guess the grape variety in the mysterious glass, up for grabs for the winner is a dinner offered by InCantina!
