For airport pickups, your driver will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time in case of delays. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, please proceed to the arrivals hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler's name.

For hotel and accommodation pickups, please be ready at the designated pickup location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, please contact us using the details provided on your ticket.

What to expect

After booking your transfer you will receive a confirmation with all the important details. This includes your pickup time, pickup location and drop off destination. If needed the team may contact you to confirm your flight or accommodation details to ensure everything is arranged correctly.

On the day of travel your driver will arrive at the scheduled pickup location. For airport pickups we monitor flight arrivals and adjust the pickup time if your flight is delayed. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall. For hotel or accommodation pickups please be ready a few minutes before the scheduled departure time.

You will travel in a comfortable private vehicle reserved exclusively for your group. Your driver will assist with luggage and ensure a safe and stress free journey to your destination.

If you are arriving at Keflavík International Airport we will take you directly to your hotel, accommodation or preferred address in Reykjavík. For departures from Reykjavík we will collect you from your chosen location and drive you directly to Keflavík International Airport or another destination in the Keflavík area. Your transfer concludes once you arrive safely at your destination.
