What to expect

The transportation van will arrive at your hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time, usually between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. A professional guide wearing a blue uniform with the company logo will welcome you and assist you throughout the experience. Upon arrival at Akumal Bay, you will receive a safety briefing and snorkeling equipment before entering the water.
