What to expect
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours along with a form to provide your accommodation details and pickup time.
On the day of service, our staff will collect your luggage from the front desk of your departure hotel at the scheduled time.
Your luggage will be delivered to the front desk of your destination hotel by 9:00 PM the same day.
You will receive a notification once your luggage has been delivered.

- Other Kansai Areas (Nara, Shiga, etc.): Hotel-to-hotel delivery throughout the Kansai region.
- Itami Airport (ITM): Delivery from Itami Airport to hotels in Osaka, Kyoto, or Hyogo Prefecture.
- Kansai International Airport (KIX): Delivery from Kansai International Airport to hotels in Osaka, Kyoto, or Hyogo Prefecture.
- Kobe Airport (UKB): Delivery from Kobe Airport to hotels in Osaka, Kyoto, or Hyogo Prefecture.
- We do not offer delivery to airports.
- Each piece of luggage must weigh less than 30 kg. We may refuse to accept oversized luggage.
- Accepted luggage types: suitcases, backpacks, handbags, and cardboard boxes.
- In rare cases, we may be unable to accommodate your requested time due to delivery scheduling. If this happens, we will contact you after your booking is confirmed and do our best to accommodate your request.

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
