Hosted by Cape Breton’s only raw bar, this hands-on experience combines oyster shucking, guided tasting and oyster education on the patio at Island Folk Cider House. Guests enjoy ten oysters and a glass of locally crafted cider while learning about oyster anatomy, tasting profiles and Atlantic Canada’s oyster culture. Each guest also takes home their own shucking knife.
