    Relax in the hot springs at Nomekoi-yu, a village-run onsen. Cross the bridge over the Taba River to reach the facility.

    Enjoy a relaxing fishing experience at a village-run fishing pond surrounded by the mountains of Tabayama. Catch your own fish and experience a simple countryside activity enjoyed by local visitors. Kei will arrange admission and fishing equipment, making it easy even for first-time anglers. After you catch your fish, it will be prepared and grilled for you. The grilling process takes approximately one hour, giving you time to slow down and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of rural Japan. Take a walk along the nearby river, explore the surrounding area, enjoy the mountain scenery, take photos, or simply relax and enjoy a quiet moment away from the crowds of Tokyo. When your fish is ready, return to enjoy a freshly grilled meal that you caught yourself. Rather than rushing from one activity to another, this experience lets you enjoy the slower pace of life that makes Tabayama Village special.

    DISCOVER TABAYAMA YOUR WAY – E-BIKE & NATURE DAY

    Ride through quiet village roads, pass traditional homes, forests, and mountain scenery, and experience a slower side of Japan that most travelers never see. With an E-bike, you can comfortably explore the area at your own pace while enjoying fresh mountain air and beautiful natural surroundings. During the day, we will also head toward the Route 411 mountain area, where you can enjoy a short and easy nature walk. Surrounded by forests, rivers, and seasonal scenery, this is a perfect chance to take photos, relax, and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of rural Japan. This experience is not about rushing from place to place. It is about slowing down, connecting with nature, and discovering the charm of a small Japanese mountain village.
