After breakfast, we will go to Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world. (Visiting time is about 1 hour) Tiananmen Square is the heart of Beijing and one of the largest city squares in the world. This place has witnessed countless important historical moments. The morning flag-raising ceremony is solemn and impressive, and together with the Monument to the People's Heroes and the Mao Zedong Memorial Hall, it forms a solemn red landscape. It is a spiritual landmark that must be visited when coming to Beijing.

National Museum Of China
Visit the National Museum of China (self-guided tour). Located east of Tiananmen Square, opposite the Great Hall of the People, it is China’s premier institution for collecting, researching, displaying and interpreting cultural relics. It preserves national memory, inherits cultural heritage and promotes cultural exchange. Founded in 1912 as the Preparatory Office of the National History Museum, it merged with the National Museum of the Chinese Revolution in 2003 and reopened in 2012. The museum covers 70,000 square meters with 48 exhibition halls, making it the world’s largest by floor area. In 2021, it ranked second globally in museum attendance. Return to the hotel after the visit. (Note: If tickets are unavailable, we will arrange an alternative museum.)

Badaling Great Wall - Bird's Nest &Water Cube - Prince Gong's Mansion -Shichahai

The Great Wall at Badaling
A must-visit during a trip to Beijing is the Badaling Great Wall (tour duration: 2 hours). The Badaling Great Wall is the highest point of the Great Wall in the Beijing area, offering the most magnificent views of the wall. As a crucial outpost of Juyong Pass, it was historically known as “the danger of Juyong lies not in the pass but in Badaling.” The mountain range is steep, the terrain is treacherous, and the walls stretch majestically northward and southward amidst towering peaks, with no visible end. The high level of architectural craftsmanship and enduring artistic value exemplified by this ancient structure vividly demonstrate the wisdom and strength of the ancient Chinese laborers. (Due to the higher elevation of the Badaling Great Wall, climbing to the summit and then proceeding to the wall can be quite strenuous. Consider opting for a round-trip bus tour of the Great Wall – 140 RMB/person, payable separately.)

Olympic Park (Pass by)
Head to the site of the 2008 Olympic Games, enter [the Olympic Park, where you can get close-up views of the Bird’s Nest and the Ice Cube (one of the main venues for the APEC Summit)] (tour duration: 40 minutes). Marvel at the imposing steel structure of the “Bird’s Nest” and the dynamic membrane structure of the “Water Cube”. Together, they form the iconic architectural complex that makes Beijing the world’s first “City of Both Olympics.”

Visit [Gong’s Mansion] (including entrance ticket). Gong’s Mansion is located on Qianhai West Street in Xicheng District, Beijing. It was the largest royal residence of the Qing Dynasty. It served as the residence of the notorious corrupt officials He Shuhe and Qing Prince Shuifen. Later, it was granted to Gong Prince Jiaozhe, hence the name Gong’s Mansion, which has been retained to this day. Gong’s Mansion witnessed the entire historical trajectory of the Qing Dynasty, from its zenith to its decline, making it aptly described as “one Gong’s Mansion, half of the history of the Qing Dynasty.” Statement

Shicha Lake Park

After breakfast, we will go to the [Temple of Heaven Park] (including the entrance ticket and three small tickets) (the tour time is about 1.5 hours). The Temple of Heaven is a world cultural heritage site, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, and a national key cultural relic protection unit. 3 kilometers away from the city center, located in the southeast direction of Beijing's Zhengyang Gate, It is the world's largest and most complete ancient sacrificial complex, with its unique cultural landscape and architectural style, it has become a symbol of Beijing.

Summer Palace (Yiheyuan)
The Royal Garden [Summer Palace] [visit time: about 2 hours] is famous in China and abroad for its grand view of Chinese gardens. It is the largest and most complete royal garden existing in my country.Originally, it was the summer palace of the Qing Dynasty's Hang Wang and Hua Si, also known as Zhenxiaoqi, Built on the basis of Kunming Lake and Wanshou Mountain, according to the design techniques of Jiangnan gardens, it is a large-scale and well-preserved royal garden, with beautiful scenery and many precious cultural relics, and is known as the "Royal Garden Museum".
