1. Arrival Pick-up (Day 1)
We offer complimentary pick‑up at Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport, Zhangjiajie West High‑Speed Railway Station, and Zhangjiajie Railway Station.
Your driver‑guide will confirm your flight/train arrival details via SMS or WeChat before the trip. At the pick‑up point, they will hold a sign reading “Zhangjiajie VIP Small Group + Your Full Name”.
For airport arrivals, please collect your luggage first, then proceed to the domestic arrival hall exit where your guide will be waiting.
2. Departure Drop‑off (Day 7)
After finishing the Fenghuang Ancient Town tour on the last day, we provide a group drop‑off to the same airport or railway station (based on your return transport).
The drop‑off time is scheduled to ensure you arrive at the airport/station at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure.
3. Emergency Contact & Waiting Time
The driver‑guide’s mobile number and an emergency contact person will be sent to you via WeChat/email 3 days before departure.
Complimentary waiting time:
60 minutes for domestic flights (after actual landing)
30 minutes for train arrivals (after scheduled arrival)
If you experience a delay, please inform us in advance so we can adjust accordingly. Extended waiting beyond the free period may incur additional charges.
4. Vehicle Arrangement (already included in the quoted price)
Vehicles are assigned based on group size:
3 pax → 5‑seater sedan / SUV
4–6 pax → 7‑seater minivan or 9‑seater tourist van
7–8 pax → 9‑seater tourist van
All vehicles are clean, air‑conditioned, and accompanied by your driver‑guide throughout the tour.
Complimentary child safety seats are available upon request (limited supply; please notify us at least 3 days in advance).
5. Special Notes
An English‑speaking guide is available at an additional cost – please book this in advance. Otherwise, the default service is a Chinese‑speaking driver‑guide.
If you plan to arrive earlier than Day 1 or depart later than Day 7, we can assist with extra transfers at your own expense – please consult us beforehand.
6. Changes & Special Requests
Any change to your pick‑up/drop‑off location or special needs must be communicated at least 48 hours before departure. We will do our best to accommodate, but please understand that last‑minute changes may not always be possible.
If you do not need to be picked up on that day, you can go to the hotel by yourself. The hotel information will be given to you 48 hours before your departure so that you can go there by yourself.

1Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
Take the world’s longest cable car to the top. Walk on the glass skywalk and cliff‑side paths. Ride the 7‑level escalator down to Tianmen Cave. Walk down the 999 steps (or take the optional escalator). Descend by shuttle bus along the 99‑bend road.

2Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
Enter the park and take the Bailong Elevator up to Yuanjiajie. Explore the “Avatar” Hallelujah Mountain area. Walk through Yangjiajie and enjoy its rugged scenery. Take the cable car down from Tianzi Mountain.
