What to expect

Roll out your mat right on the sand and settle into an hour of guided yoga with the ocean as your backdrop. This private, personalized class is designed for all levels — whether you've never done yoga before or you practice regularly.

Your session begins with a grounding breathwork exercise to help you arrive, slow down, and connect to your body. From there, your instructor will guide you through a flow tailored to your group — building through movement, holding space for stillness, and closing with a relaxing savasana to the sound of the waves.
