You bring authentic mezcal from Oaxaca and share firsthand knowledge of the entire process, from agave cultivation and harvesting to distillation and tasting. With four carefully selected mezcals, traditional snacks, and real stories from the heart of mezcal country, this experience offers a deeper and more authentic understanding of Mexico's most iconic spirit.

As owners of a distillery and hosts of mezcal tastings and distillery tours in Oaxaca, you bring authentic knowledge, stories, and carefully selected mezcals directly from the region where this iconic spirit is born.

During this experience, you'll taste four different mezcals while learning about the complete production process, from agave cultivation in the fields to the final pour in your glass. You'll explore the different agave varieties, traditional production methods, regional characteristics, and the factors that influence aroma, flavor, and quality.

You'll gain a deeper understanding of what makes mezcal one of Mexico's most fascinating spirits and learn how to properly taste and appreciate it. Throughout the tasting, you'll also serve a selection of traditional snacks that pair perfectly with mezcal and help highlight its unique flavors.
