What to expect
Departing at 08:30 AM from East Lombok, your private traditional snorkelling boat heads out to some of the most spectacular reefs in the region. Your first stop is Sand Island, a photogenic sandbar rising from turquoise water. Then you proceed to Gili Gambir, where Black Tip Reef Sharks are regularly spotted resting on the sandy seafloor — completely harmless to snorkellers, and an experience both thrilling and unforgettable.
At Gili Petelu, your guide will invite you to hand-feed wild clownfish sheltering among sea anemones — a gentle, magical interaction that children and adults love equally.
The afternoon is spent at Pink Beach — one of only a handful of pink-sand beaches in the world. Your crew will grill fresh fish for lunch on the beach while you swim, sunbathe, or explore a second pink beach nearby.
