The gastronomic experience includes a famous snack for two people, composed of 20 hot and cold dishes, accompanied by a tap drink of choice: vermouth, beer or gin.
COLD : Marinated pallar beans, Vittel toné, Tortilla, Pickled aubergines, Pickled pavita, Pioneer, Leberwurst and pickles, Chorizo Candelario and Tandil cheese, Raw ham and roquefort, Marinated olives
HOT : Pancetta, potato and verdeo croquettes, leek and chicken croquettes with sauce, vizcaine, panzottis with biscaine sauce, French fries, sausages stirred in pancetta and glazed in vermouth, spinach and ricotta fritters, meatballs with filet sauce, Rabas, Salame Chacarero and Cheese Hollandita.
