HOT : Pancetta, potato and verdeo croquettes, leek and chicken croquettes with sauce, vizcaine, panzottis with biscaine sauce, French fries, sausages stirred in pancetta and glazed in vermouth, spinach and ricotta fritters, meatballs with filet sauce, Rabas, Salame Chacarero and Cheese Hollandita.
