What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pickup is included from Tromsø Airport and agreed locations in central Tromsø. Your exact pickup time and location will be confirmed before arrival. For airport pickup, please collect your luggage and proceed to the arrivals hall, where your driver will meet you.
Meet your driver at the main entrance to Prostneset Terminal, Samuel Arnesens gate 5, Tromso. Look for a Malangen Arctic Experience driver who will identify you by the lead traveler's name. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure.
What to expect
From the moment guests are met at Tromsø Airport or Prostneset - until departure transport is provided, local staff host the entire stay. Arrival is seamless, and all logistics are handled completely.
During the stay, visitors are accommodated at a resort in Malangen in well-appointed rooms, apartments, or cabins, depending on group size and availability. Great importance is placed on providing comfortable, high-quality accommodation where guests can relax properly between Arctic experiences.
