Pickup details:

The driver and tour guide will arrive at the guest’s hotel and proceed to the hotel reception. They will introduce themselves, identify themselves as representatives of Watamu Dolphin Adventures, and inform the receptionist that they are there to pick up the guest.

The receptionist will then be requested to contact the guest in their room and inform them that their driver and guide have arrived for the tour. For easy identification, the driver or guide will also be holding a sign displaying the lead traveller’s name.

This procedure will ensure that guests can easily identify their driver and guide and have a smooth and comfortable pick-up experience.
